What is a Plumcot?
Plumcots are part plum, part apricot with more plum characteristics. Not only do sweet apricot qualities balance out the sour hints from a traditional plum, but each variety has its own distinctive fusion of flavors, size and color.

Plumcot Varieties

Flavor Gator: The Flavor Gator is the most intriguing plumcot from Family Tree Farms thanks to its speckled green appearance. Slice into one and you’ll find a deep, red interior that is packed with juicy sweetness.

What is an Aprium?
Apriums are a combination of apricots and plums, with more apricot than plum. While most apriums will taste mainly just of apricot, Family Tree Farms’ unique varieties have hints of raspberries and plums, like fruit juice without the added sugar. Their flesh is juicier and firmer, and they make the perfect summer snack.

Aprium Varieties

Heinen's Grocery Store

By Heinen's Grocery Store

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
