Ingredients
- Heinen's Spiral Zucchini
- Heinen's Diced Red Onion
- Melissa's Edamame
- Heinen's Organic Marinara Sauce
- Free Style Kalamata Olives
Instructions
- Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add a bit of your favorite oil to the pan. Briefly sauté the onions until soft and lightly browned.
- Add the zucchini and sauté until it begins to soften. Add the edamame, olives, and marinara. Cook until hot.
- Top with freshly grated parmesan or herbs, if desired.
