Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Heinen's CARE Certified coulotte steak
  • 3 Tbsp. Heinen's unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 6 cups Heinen's spring mix lettuce, packed
  • 15 oz. can Heinen's great northern beans, drained
  • 8 oz. can Heinen's sliced black olives, drained
  • ½ cup Heinen's roasted bell peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. Heinen's grated parmesan cheese
  • Two Brothers old world Italian dressing
  • Two Brother’s steak and burger seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Season with the steak seasonings and rub until coated on all sides.
  3. Add the butter to a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Once melted, add the steak and sear on all sides for a total of 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the garlic and cook for a further 30-45 seconds. Set them aside.
  6. Add the lettuce to a large bowl and top with the beans, olives, peppers, cooked steak bites and cheese.
  7. Serve with the Italian dressing.
