If you’ve ever shopped Heinen’s Seafood Department, you know that their assortment of fish is the largest and freshest in the Midwest. Sourced from within the U.S. and reputable fishing regions around the globe, there’s never a shortage of responsibly sourced seafood to discover and enjoy. This particular recipe features halibut: a dense, yet tender white fish that’s similar to cod, but firmer.

There are many ways to add flavor and texture to fresh seafood, but when it comes to mild white fish, you can never go wrong with a savory and crispy homemade Parmesan breading, and Heinen’s has all of the ingredients! The combination of breadcrumbs, Heinen’s 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano and lemon pepper seasoning can only be described as mouthwatering.

There are also many ways to cook seafood at home including the oven, grill, stovetop or air fryer, but for the crispiest coating, the air fryer is recommended.

The best part of this recipe is that it’s ready in just 15 minutes! Serve with a Heinen’s Daily Bites Twice Baked Potato or a simple green salad for a complete meal.
