Grilled Swordfish Tacos

These Grilled Swordfish Tacos are a new way to satisfy your fish taco craving!
Swordfish is a delicious fish that’s high in protein, making it a delicious addition to a seafood-based taco. I love this recipe because the marinade is super easy and packed with flavor.
Don’t skip the cilantro sauce – it’s tangy, flavorful and really brings these tacos to life!
Grilled Swordfish Tacos

Ingredients
For the Tacos
- 4 swordfish fillets, skin removed and cut in half
- 2 Tbsp. Heinen's olive oil
- 2 Tbsps. Heinen’s Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s honey
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Corn tortillas, for serving
- Lime wedges, for serving
For the Sauce
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Heinen's extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 Tbsp. Heinen’s Dijon mustard, 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s honey, 2 Tbsp. soy sauce and 2 garlic cloves in a large bowl or plastic bag. Mix well and add the swordfish fillets. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to one hour.
- While the swordfish is marinating, combine 1 cup cilantro, 1 Tbsp. lime juice and 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil in a food processor. Pulse until combined and set aside.
- Preheat a grill to medium heat. Place the swordfish fillets on the grill. Cook for 5 minutes per side. Remove from the grill.
- Serve the swordfish in corn tortillas and top with cilantro sauce. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
