Grilled Seasoned Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Two Brothers Pork Tenderloin
  • Inglehoffer Sweet Hot Mustard
  • Heinen's Recipe-Ready Shredded Brussels Sprouts
  • Fresh Gourmet Dried Cranberries & Glazed Walnuts

Instructions

1. Pre-heat grill or grill pan.
2. Grill pork tenderloin until nicely charred and to almost desired doneness.
3. Spoon the mustard over the pork to coat all sides and allow to cook for a minute longer to glaze. Let pork rest for 5 minutes.
4. While pork is resting sauté the Brussels sprouts in a small amount of olive oil until tender. Add the cranberries and walnuts.
5. Slice pork and serve over the Brussels sprouts.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
