How to Make Fruit Infused Water
Your body is made up of 60% water. You simply can’t live without it. However, meeting your daily water intake quota is often easier said than done.
Many people don’t drink enough water because they’re surrounded by other flavor-packed beverages, like coffees, sodas, sports drinks and juices. While these drinks taste delicious, they offer little-to-no support in hydrating your body.
If you’re looking to increase your water intake, but find water “boring,” try one of these delicious fruit infused water suggestions. You’ll be surprised at the difference a little fruity flavor can make! And, if you’re feeling adventurous, consider experimenting with vegetables and herbs, too.
