Ingredients
For the Açaí Bowl
- Sambazon organic açaí superfruit packs (
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
Toppings
- 1 banana, sliced
- Organic granola
- Flaked coconut
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh blackberries
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh dragon fruit
Instructions
- Combine all açaí ingredients in a blender. If the mixture is too thick, add more juice.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and chill in the freezer.
- Remove from the freezer and add your desired toppings. Interchange ingredients, as needed, to fit your taste or dietary preference.
