Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 lb. Heinen's CARE Certified Heritage Breed Duroc ground pork
  • 5 oz. Heinen's shredded red cabbage (½ the package)
  • 5 oz. Heinen's shredded coleslaw mix (½ the package)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • Two Brothers Sweet Chili Sauce, as needed
  • Two Brothers Sriracha Rooster Sauce, as needed
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Cilantro, for garnish
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the pork and stir to cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the red cabbage, slaw mix, and soy sauce. Cook until tender.
  3. Serve in a bowl and drizzle with sriracha and sweet chili. Top with scallions and cilantro.
