Dill Pickle Martini

You read that right! Believe it or not, the savory, briny liquid that keeps your favorite pickles so fresh can actually be used to create a refreshing martini!
Combined with vodka, vermouth and a pickle spear garnish, this adult friendly summer beverage pairs perfectly with a warm summer BBQ!
Dill Pickle Martini

Servings: 2 Martinis
Ingredients
- 4 oz. vodka
- 2 oz. pickle juice, plus more if desired
- 1 oz. extra dry vermouth
- Ice
- Pickle spears or slices, for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker glass or tall glass with ice, stir together all of the ingredients except for the garnish.
- Strain the martini into a martini glass and garnish with pickle spears or slices.
