Ingredients

For the Balsamic Strawberries

  • 16oz strawberries, stem removed and quartered lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Tsp. honey
  • A pinch salt
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

For the Cream

  • 1 cup Non-fat Greek vanilla yogurt, chilled
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

1. In a bowl, toss together strawberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt. Let sit for 30 minutes.
2. In another bowl, combine yogurt, heavy cream, and honey. Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form.
3. In serving dessert glasses, scoop the cream on the bottom. Divide strawberries over it. Dollop more cream on top and garnish with basil.
