Ingredients

For the Rosemary Fries

  • 1 bag Heinen’s frozen shoestring French fries
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Heinen’s extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary, plus more for garnish
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Fine sea salt
  • Stonewall Kitchen lemon herb aioli

For the BBQ Sweet Potato Fries

  • 1 bag Heinen’s frozen sweet potato fries
  • 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. Heinen’s chili powder
  • ½ tsp. Heinen’s smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp. fine sea salt, plus more for sprinkling
  • ¼ tsp. Heinen’s garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp. Heinen’s cayenne pepper
  • Heinen’s olive oil spray
  • Two Brothers BBQ sauce

For the Greek Fries

  • 1 bag Heinen’s frozen crinkle cut French fries
  • Heinen’s olive oil spray
  • 2 tsp. Heinen’s dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp. Heinen’s garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. Heinen’s onion powder
  • ⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup Heinen’s feta cheese
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. Heinen’s garlic powder

Instructions

For the Rosemary Fries

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Heat the olive oil, rosemary, and garlic clove (peel and keep whole) in a small saucepan over medium heat until the rosemary is fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the rosemary. Remove from the heat and discard the garlic clove.
  3. Air fry the shoestring fries for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy. Transfer the fries to a large bowl and toss with rosemary oil. While still hot, season the fries with sea salt to taste and garnish with more chopped rosemary.
  4. Serve hot fries alongside the aioli for dipping.

For the BBQ Sweet Potato Fries

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Mix together the brown sugar and spices in a small bowl.
  3. Spray the frozen sweet potato fries with olive oil spray until well coated, then toss with the brown sugar and spice mixture. Toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy. While still hot, season with additional sea salt to taste.
  5. Serve the hot fries alongside the BBQ sauce for dipping.

For the Greek Fries

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spray the frozen fries with olive oil spray until well coated. Sprinkle with the oregano, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss well to coat evenly.
  3. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy. While still hot, season with additional sea salt to taste.
  4. In the meantime, combine the Greek yogurt, feta cheese, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt.
  5. Serve the hot fries alongside the yogurt sauce for dipping.
