Hazy IPA – 7% ABV

Hazy DIPA – 8.5% ABV – Mosaic Mamba is a hop-forward Double India Pale Ale featuring the dynamic combo of bold Mosaic hops swirling on the palate with Galaxy hops, creating a killer duo that makes this DIPA a show-stopper.

Pilsner – 5.3% ABV – Vlad is an award winning traditional German Pilsner by Fretboard Brewing Company.

Imperial Stout 10.2% ABV

Barrel Aged Stout – 15.1% ABV – Between the time when the oceans drank Atlantis, and the rise of the barrel-aged beers, there was an age undreamed of. And unto this, Crushing Mass, a barrel-aged coffee stout destined to reign with a terrifying roar. It is you, true believer, who can now taste the saga and relive the days of high adventure!

We start with our house Celestial Map IPA, boost up the malt character a touch, but mainly blast the dry hop addition with Citra hops, those rarest limonene- and citronellol-laden nuggets of ambrosia. A balanced bitterness leads to a bump of honeyed malt mid-palate, finishing hugely hoppy; pine, white grapefruit, lemon candy, and just a wisp of booze to pull back on the reins.
